Hey! yes the friend codes are pretty long at the moment and I'm actively working on making them a lot shorter, in the meantime you can ask for your friends UID (found in information > profile) and search for them in Hubchi using the Search option (Your friend needs to have uploaded their character to hubchi though)

One question – I was trying to load up a different saved game via a save code, but it says the code has been corrupted :( Any reason why that is? Is my Uera Togetchi gone forever?

I fed him and all that. I have the. The little black guy with tannish, yellow bunny, ears, looking thing for the baby and it turned the white duck dressed in red on the purple pillow. It looks like IDK why because like I said I spent hours on him but like I said my previous comment great game have a great day. Hey so how many care stars did you have (can be seen in the info menu) when your pet aged up? if you had one star it should've randomly chosen between the first two characters and that's the intended behavior
Hey! Did you turn on auto aging from the gameplay settings section? it is off by default and you can age them up using the "Have birthday" option in the phone menu
great game but I kinda wish there was mods for like you can choose to age it when ever and you can choose witch tama you want it could be like in Minecraft where you can’t get achievements with the mods toggled on overall great game I used to have a tamagotchi but my little brother broke a toothpick in the reset button and broke it lol very nostalgic I love how it actually supports touch screen unlike most “touchscreen” games on here 😁 keep up the good work and if anyone wants to be friends on here reply to this with your code have a amazing day or night and know that you are all loved 😀

Sorry, I'm aware of the issue and it'll be fixed in the next update, it only happens when you try to feed your pet when you first start to play and should get fixed by refreshing the page. If you are still experiencing the issue please let me know
Please add genders to the game without genders its hard to name and relate to the characters. Head cannon doesn't feel the same as seeing the actual info in the game

Do you plan on having a version that keeps the tamagotchi sprites? I'd love to play two versions; one with yours and one with the characters I've know for decades!
Yup more stuff for the modding feature are planned including being able to customize the growth chart, I'm not sure what u mean by "change the stats" though
Side note (might be for something, I'm just a tamagotchi noob in general) but this shadow also appeared and I can't get rid of it with cleaning or resetting or anything, but my pet doesn't interact with it either. Is this meant to be there or a glitch?
I've got three generations of tamas now -- this game is so cute! It can be a bit overwhelming with all the options and sometimes confusing as to what is where, but it was fun to explore and discover all the features to interact with. I have an issue with the downloaded version tho -- no matter how much I care for my pet, the care remains at just one star. This wasn't true for my first pet, but ever since that one I can't please them. I fulfill all their needs and wants, check in every few hours, change their room and accessories a lot, give them new items to play with, feed them new things, and still only one star :( what am I doing wrong?

Edit: Also about the options being overwhelming, thanks for the feedback, You are right it might be better to hide a bunch of options and unlock them as the pets age up so that it doesn't become overwhelming to the player
I don't think it's too bad at all as far as the options go, and I liked being able to access them -- I just find myself clicking every button to find what I'm looking for each time, which totally is on me for being forgetful too. Maybe an option to label them could be good if that fits into the UI?
I love this ! I'm a bit confused though, I've been playing for a week or two, and today when opening the game I got a new egg with a different pet, and a few hours later I opened the game again and my original pet is there but not the new one

Yes it takes 6 hours for a baby to grow age up into a teen, and 12 hours for a teen to age up into an adult if you throw birthday parties for them

Yes the tamagotchi sprites will definitely be kept either as a mod file you can install or just as a separate version of the game altogether!

Hey this is by design to make it a bit more challenging to try to guess what your pet wants, but I might add more hints if players find it too hard :)

Make sure all of their needs are met, if their stats is up visit the doctor to see if they are sick or not
can you change the modding so you can do stuff like change the stats, change the evolution, etc.

you can increase your care rating by caring a really good care of your pet (keep them happy, well fed, no unfulfilled wants, entertained etc.)
